International orders are shipped via DHL. When your order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.
We currently ship to the following countries: Albania, Andorra, Australia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Cambodia, Canada, China, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Fiji, Finland, France, French Polynesia, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Greenland, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Laos, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macau, Malaysia, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russian Federation, San Marino, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Singapore, Slovakia, Republic of Korea, Spain, Sri Lanka, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, and Vietnam.
Canada: For orders with a total value of $450 or less, the shipping will be FREE. For orders with a total value of $450.01 or higher, the shipping rate will be $35.
For the rest of the countries that we ship to: For orders with a total value of $450 or less, the shipping rate will be $15. For orders with a total value of $450.01 or higher, the shipping rate will be $50.
Delivery is generally made within 3-5 business days, pending customs clearance. To track your package, you can simply enter your tracking number at www.dhl.com.
Duties & Taxes
The price and the shipping cost listed on our website do not include import fees, customs, duties, and value added taxes (VAT)...etc. Customers are responsible for paying all duties, taxes, and other fees which are levied once your packages reach the country of destination.
Since custom policies vary widely from country to country, we strongly encourage you to contact your local custom office for more information before placing an order. ectu has no control over these charges, nor can ectu predict what they may be.
In the event that there is a custom clearance delay, ectu will assist you in every way possible to ensure delivery. However, ectu will not be liable for orders that are refused or held by customs.
Unclaimed or Refused Package
If your package is unclaimed or refused, you will be responsible for the 1) original and return shipping costs, and 2) duties, taxes, and other customs charges that are incurred on the package for both the original and return shipment. The amount of these charges will be subtracted from your refund once the package reaches back at our warehouse.
Refunds Policy for International Orders
We want you to love what you ordered from ectu. In the event that something is not right, please follow the procedures outlined in the Refund section to begin a refund. Customers will be responsible for the return shipping cost to have the item shipped back to our warehouse in California in the United States. Once the product arrives at our warehouse, we will issue a refund minus the original shipping cost. The product must be in re-sellable condition. ectu reserves the right to refuse any returns and reduce the refund amount by any additional fees related to the return of the product. In the event that ectu cannot accept your return, you can request to have it shipped back at your expense.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you ordered from ectu! In the event that something is not right, please let us know. We will make the return process as simple as possible.
Returns of full-price merchandise (including made to order items) are accepted within 14 days of receipt of purchase. Merchandise returned must be undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached.
All returns must be authorized by ectu. Please request a label from our returns team so that we can process your return faster and smoother.
How to Send Your Return
Step 1 - Please request authorization to make a return within 14 days of receiving your package by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please provide your order number and the item that you would like to return. Our returns team can approve your return and provide you with a pre-paid return-shipping label for US Orders only. For international orders, customers will be responsible for the return shipping cost to have the item shipped back to our warehouse in California in the United States.
Step 2 - Securely repackage your return with protective packaging.
Step 3 - Affix the prepared shipping label to your package.
Step 4 - Drop off your package at a UPS location OR visit www.ups.com/pickup to arrange for a free pickup. Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of receipt of your return authorization email.
You will receive an email once your return has been processed. Please allow 5 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed. The refund will be processed in the original form of payment. Please allow up to 1 billing cycle for the credit to post to your account. Original shipping charges and any shipping taxes are non-refundable.
ectu reserves the right to deny refunds for a returned item that does not comply with this policy.
ectu does not currently offer exchanges on merchandise purchased on our website. If you are looking for a different color of an item already purchased, you can simply return the item in your possession and place a new order for the desired item.
